When I buy a book, I usually buy a paper version, where I can sit back…hold it in my hands….feel the paper and enjoy my book. But after reading Twilight which I really enjoyed, I could not wait to get into the next sequel. So I’ve never done it this way before, but I thought I’d buy an e-book. NEVER AGAIN!! I’ll stick to paper in future. There was an error saying try again later on this e-book site, but like I do I thought I’d check my phone credit, and it was deducted off my phone credit. I even rang my mobile phone provider to check, and they told me it had. So since 2nd Sept I have had a running battle with this particular e-book company. I told them everything that happened, what they needed to know. I’ve even started telling them what I plan to do next if this is not soon sorted. I failed to get phone calls on the day I was promised, so I ended up again phoning them back. You can imagine I was really annoyed now by this point. So basically I told them stuff your book, I now want a refund because this particular person who was supposed to get back to me did not. And I’m doing the chasing again. So to keep me quiet and try to make me happy, she sent me a link to my phone so I could get this e-book while they sort out this problem, and get to the point of refunding me. I also gave her my email address so they could contact me this way also.
But now I’m getting stupid questions by email. Even got my mobile number wrong. My final email went back directly with the person I last spoke to today. To get it sorted now, and to refund me Friday. They can look into where it went in their own time instead of wasting mine. They only have to get a conference call started, with themselves on it, me and my mobile phone provider, they will be able to hear it for themselves. Something they felt they do not need to do before when I mentioned it last time. So if they have got all what they needed, then why did they not refund me there and then on the last conversation?
